Lucy Acheson

Lucy has worked for over twenty years with enterprise level brands both in Australia and in the UK creating award winning data and customer experience strategies. Medibank, Citi Bank, Macca’s, Officeworks, VW, TAB, Dan Murphys and CBA are a handful of the brands she has brought her skills to bear on since arriving in Australia.

Her skill set is eclectic, helping clients, build corporate data assets, analyse and visualise data, whilst specifying the technology ecosystems which enable her customer experience strategies. There aren’t many things she hasn’t been asked to do with data in her time, but still relishes every new challenge none the less, as “”every dataset is different and no two ecosystems are ever the same””.

Her motto is Data is an expense, insights are a bargain and she can’t wait to meet you all and to solve your CX, dat and tech strategy condundrums
